Osiedle Gocławska I is a complex of multi-family residential buildings with retail space and an underground car park, including technical infrastructure, located in Warsaw, containing 317 flats, built by Polish developer Budimex. The building was awarded with 2nd prize in the Residential Building category in the Construction of the Year 2013 contest.

APS 400 access control system with a system controller and 31 readers in common space and BPT entry panels Digitha and Thangram. The system is managed by APS Administrator program using a robust Microsoft SQL Server database.
