Residential housing estate

On the right bank of the Vltava River in Prague’s Modřany district, on the site of a former sugar refinery and in close proximity to a neighborhood of First Republic villas, four modern apartment buildings will rise as part of the Modřanka Residence project. APS mini Plus access control system with typical integration of the readers in the entry panels and with local management of the key fobs. The system is enhanced with long-range reader for controll of the entrace gate using the remote controller.
